The Meaning of Life: Buddhist Perspectives on Cause and Effect

The Meaning of Life: Buddhist Perspectives on Cause and Effect - Dalai Lama this is my first book I have read about Buddhism
well , looking at life from " 12 stages of dependent arising " point of view didn`t make sense to me , specially in stage 11 and 12 birth then aging and die , or what is called new life time , I prefer to take this life as the only one I have , maybe I should read another book for Dali Lama , one book do not make clear view .
